About usWe started Hi-T's in Harrow in 2006 as two mothers making treats for our families which we wanted to share with everyone. We soon became incredibly popular amongst all our friends who we used as "guineapigs" to try out all our new flavours. Within days of winning the Reserve Supreme Champion at the Great Taste awards in 2007, along with Best Speciality from the South East and Reserve English and British Speciality, we had relocated to the South West away from the hussle and bussle and into the clean air and beautiful countryside. Hi-T's fudge has now moved over from Cornwall to Devon where it is made in my kitchen in Tavistock. Whilst still maintaining it's high quality, Hi-T's fudge is concentrating mainly on a more local market with ingredients sourced locally where possible, including fresh fruit from a local fruit farm for my seasonal fruit range. Hi-T's fudge is made using natural ingredients without the use of any nasty artificial additives or preservative, and is still made by hand on the stove. All fudge comes beautifully packaged and is available in a great variety of flavours for any occassion.
